Pestana Porto Santo is an all-inclusive beach resort at Campo de Baixo, on the south coast of Porto Santo. The national tourism register lists it as a hotel (RNET 3977) with 198 rooms and 130 suites — 328 units in total — making it one of the largest properties on the island. It faces the long sandy beach, with access a few steps from the gardens.
Where exactly is it?
The resort sits on the coast road (ER 111/120) roughly midway along the beach. Distances in a straight line: Vila Baleira's main church about 2.8 km, Porto Santo airport about 3.7 km, the ferry harbour (Porto de Abrigo) about 4.7 km and the 18-hole golf course about 1.7 km. OpenStreetMap shows a bus stop named Pestana Porto Santo about 350 m away. Pestana itself describes the town as about five minutes by car.

How does the all-inclusive work?
According to Pestana, the package covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and national and international drinks, and guests wear an identification wristband. Besides the Marés buffet there are three themed restaurants — Arab Maghreb, Luigi and Madeira Lover's — which need a reservation; Pestana allows none on stays of up to 3 nights, one for 4–6 nights and two for 7 nights or more.
What facilities are there?
Outdoor pools are set in about 30,000 m² of gardens, plus a heated family pool and a supervised children's pool open in the summer months. The spa has a heated indoor pool reserved for adults, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a hammam; treatments cost extra. Sports include a multi-purpose court, padel and volleyball, and there is a gym, a games room and a kids club (an adult must accompany children). Room types range from double rooms to one- and two-bedroom suites and pool villas.
Practical notes
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00. Parking is free, subject to availability. Pestana gives the ferry crossing from Funchal as about 2 h 30 and the flight from Madeira as about 25 minutes.
